Terms of sale

These terms describe BULB and its Pro subscriptions, offered by Studio M, Québec, Canada. The website presents the product; it does not sell subscriptions or collect payment. The application is being prepared for release on iPhone with iOS 27 or later.

Before publication: complete the legal operator name/status, geographic business address, public support contact and registration details where applicable. These terms are a prelaunch draft, not a live purchase offer.

BULB includes the camera, composition guides and photo looks. Free use includes 10 cloud AI framing decisions in total, granted once and not renewed. After that allowance, on-device framing remains available. Free saved photos carry a BULB watermark.

Pro adds unlimited cloud AI framing while the subscription is active and saving without the watermark. Cloud access requires a connection and service availability. A framing request may consume an allowance decision once admitted even if it is later interrupted; the allowance counts decisions, not photographs. The app remains usable for photography when cloud framing is unavailable.

Pro is sold only through Apple’s App Store, in the app, as a monthly or yearly subscription. Before you confirm, the Apple purchase flow shows the applicable localized price, billing period and payment details. Any applicable trial or introductory conditions must be displayed there; none is promised by this website.

You authorize the purchase using your Apple account. Apple handles billing and supplies the transaction record. RevenueCat validates the entitlement for BULB. See the Apple Media Services terms applicable to your country or region.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BULB. Follow the deadline shown by Apple to prevent the next renewal. Deleting BULB or requesting deletion of your app data does not cancel your subscription.

Cancellation generally leaves access until the displayed expiry date. Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions and the status in your Apple account.

You can request a refund for an App Store purchase using Apple’s Report a Problem service. Eligibility depends on the purchase, region and applicable law; see Apple’s refund guidance.

These terms do not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer rights, legal warranties, or cancellation and refund rights that apply to you. No blanket “no refunds” rule is imposed here.

Use Restore purchases in BULB with the Apple account used for the purchase. Pro access depends on a verified, active entitlement. If validation is temporarily unavailable, the free camera remains available; watermark removal and cloud entitlement may wait until verification succeeds. An expired or revoked subscription no longer grants Pro.

BULB suggests compositions; it does not guarantee an artistic result. You remain responsible for choosing what to photograph, obtaining necessary permissions and deciding when to press the shutter. AI may make unsuitable suggestions.

You retain your rights in your photographs. Cloud framing processes a reduced preview as described in the privacy policy; it does not transfer ownership of your photographs to Studio M. Keep backups of photographs you wish to retain. These practical limitations do not limit any applicable legal warranty.

The application licence is governed by Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement unless a different applicable licence is supplied through the App Store. These sales terms supplement the purchase information without overriding mandatory law.

The terms are intended to operate under the laws of Québec and applicable federal Canadian law, subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence. No exclusive court or arbitration requirement is imposed by this page. Changes will be dated; material changes affecting paid subscriptions remain subject to applicable notice, consent and consumer-protection requirements.
